Dr. Mario Ybarra and Debi Ybarra have become prominent members of the Yuma community founding a local charter school in 2001. Since then, the school has expanded enrollment opportunities to three campuses Yuma, ?San ?Luis, ?and Goodyear, Arizona.

Dr. Mario Ybarra and Debi Ybarra were married in 1989 and have two sons MJ and Malachi Ybarra. They also have a daughter Carissa Salas, son-in-law Carlos Salas, and beautiful granddaughter Shalom.
